Ôsi Energy Services Ltd. ("Ôsi", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through osienergyservices.com, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other privacy laws that apply to us.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us

Your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your project location and the details you give us.

When you apply for a job

Your name, email address, phone number, community, the position you're interested in, your years of experience, your tickets and certifications, anything you tell us about yourself, and your resume if you choose to attach one. A resume is optional.

When you visit the website

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

• To answer your questions, prepare quotes and provide our services.
• To review job applications and contact applicants about work.
• To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.

We only collect what we need for these purposes, and we don't use your information for anything else without asking you first.

Your consent

By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree to us collecting and using your information as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you withdraw consent for a job application, we'll delete your application and won't be able to consider you for work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our staff who need it to respond to you or review your application.
• Service providers who help us run our business: Google (Google Workspace, which stores our email and files) and Cloudflare (which hosts our website and processes form submissions). They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Others when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order.

Where it's stored

Our service providers may store and process information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it's there, it may be subject to the laws of that country, including laws that allow governments to access it.

How long we keep it

• Quote and contact requests: as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
• Job applications and resumes: up to two years, so we can contact you about future openings. After that, we securely delete them. Ask us any time and we'll delete yours sooner.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to staff who need it. It's stored in password-protected business accounts, and information you send through our forms is encrypted in transit.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
