Respect for the land
We work on Treaty 10 land. For generations, Cree families here have lived by hunting, trapping and fishing, and Treaty 10 protects those rights to this day.
In Cree, that relationship has a word: wâhkôhtowin, kinship. It reaches past family to the land, water and animals people depend on. Earthworks change the land, so we take that seriously. Our job is to do the work carefully and leave the ground ready for whoever uses it next.
Only what's needed
We keep clearing, stripping and digging to the footprint the job calls for.
Protect the water
Fuel, equipment and spoil stay back from lakes, creeks and wetlands. If something spills, we clean it up.
Put it back
Reclamation is part of the job: topsoil back, slopes stable, ground ready to grow again.
Mind the traplines
We watch for traplines, cabins and trails on and around our sites and keep them intact.
Zero harm. Every shift.
Fewer incidents means fewer delays and lower costs. Every job is planned, every crew is supervised, and we don't cut corners to make a schedule.
